Pizza Magic 72 Hyndland Road, Glasgow, G12 9UT  Telephone: 0141 339 8544 Food served: Mon–Sun 4–10.30pm Website: www.pizzamagic.com Pizza Magic on Facebook Eating & Drinking Guide The 2014/15 edition of The List's Eating & Drinking Guide is out now . This review is taken from the 2013 edition. Takeaway review Pizza Magic in the Hyndland area of Glasgow’s West End is the kind of place to give independents a good name. Favouring thick, fresh bases and mounds of juicy, chunky toppings, Pizza Magic’s self-appointed speciality makes for a great value party feed or last-minute meal solution. Their careful choice of decent meats, fresh veg and neat twists on popular topping combos offers bold and addictive flavours – the European’s liberal combo of pepperoni, salami, garlic sausage and peppers is a stodge-free delight. If the gargantuan stacks of topping can prove a challenge for diminutive jaws, there is also a full wine and beer list available on delivery to help it go down smoothly.

Pizza Magic Review

Pizza Magic. Really. Pizza has become one of those convenience foods that is often eaten in a hurry. With so many chains, supermarkets and take aways offering a selection of pizzas - some deep fried, where can we go for quality and homemade fresh pizza? Friends, Romans, Pizza Lovers... I give you - "Pizza Magic". This hidden gem on Hyndland Road in Glasgow's West End is somewhere to make a regular stop. It's been running for 20 years, and offers a wide selection of unusual and delicious pizza combinations. For a start - the dough tastes like proper pizza dough. No sugar bread here. The meat is high quality and tastes like the real deal. Could I find plastic cheese? No. And why would I want to! The toppings are fresh and interesting. You can build your own or pick from the suggestions on the menu. I opted for 2 types... The Milano, made up of whole peppercorns, green olives, pepperoni and fresh garlic. The Vegetarian, with green peppers, tomatoes, mushrooms, black olives and onion. Apart from the quality being high, it's also consistent. This wasn't my first rodeo and won't be my last. What's more, Pizza Magic is licensed, so a bottle of wine or beer is an possible accompaniment to your meal. They also deliver, but only within a certain postcode range, so check if it's within your area! Finally, a really nice touch is their website. It's easy to use and you can order food online. There's a newsletter sign up too that emails regular deals and offers. For an independent place, they really go above and beyond. This could well be cheaper and much tastier than buying from one of our more famous competitors. In short, this is the best take away pizza I've had in Glasgow. Please go and support incredible local businesses like "Pizza Magic"! www.pizzamagic.com Food Quality - 5/5 - the pizza is truly magic. Service - 5/5 - high standards all round.

Best pizza in Glasgow! ” 5 of 5 stars Reviewed 18 January 2015 I have been to pizza Magic a LOT over the last 16 months and it is absolutely sublime! I've had different pizzas, as well as items from the chip shop part, and it is unreal! My uncle, who is a bit of a foodie and loves to criticise anything wrong with food, didn't have a word of complaint! Would recommend the Mexicano!
